Q: How long does it take?

A: I’ll generally get your fan refurbished and back in the post to you within 48 hours of receipt. For speed I can sometimes exchange your fan for a previously refurbished fan subject to me having one in stock. Your fan needs to be suitable for refurbishment and I also need to have time that day to go to the Post Office! (Please tell me if you’d like this option.) 

Q: What are terms and methods of payment?

A: Payment required before I dispatch your refurbished fan. I’ll send you an electronic invoice on receipt of your failed fan, with bank details and links for payment by debit or credit card if you prefer. 

Q: Is there a warranty?

A: Yes. I guarantee my refurbished fans for 12 months on a “Return to Workshop” basis. If there are any problems with your fan send it back to me for bench testing and repair if necessary. Each of us pays our own postage costs.

Q: Can fans from Balmforth and other makes of warm air boilers be refurbished? 

A: Mostly yes. But ask me!
