Discontinued - still repairable

This fan is for the Johnson and Starley J40 warm air boiler, a bulletproof-reliable warm air boiler from the 90’s and 2000’s with tens of thousands still in use. Unfortunately the most common failure is the air circulation fan which I see Johnson and Starley have recently discontinued (June 2026). 

These fans are however easily repaired by refurbishing and fitting a new motor which gives the whole boiler a new lease of life. Let me know if the fan in yours has failed and you’ve been told a whole new boiler needs fitting. This isn’t necessarily wholly correct and I can possibly help.
